ummm unless I miraculously won one of them in a competition (and with my luck that will never happen  ) then my xbox 360 will have to suffice. of course if I need an upgrade I still have my old PS1
Nothing beats a computer that crashes when you put the kettle on.
More seriously, don't get the Xbox. Them calling it "Xbox one" when it's the third one is a sign of how badly they've ballsed it up this time. Plus they've advertised it as doing all the stuff a Sky box does... but you need to plug a sky box into it for that to work. And it costs more but has worse parts in it. And a bunch of other technical stuff I can't be bothered going into.
Probably the right answer is just wait six months and see what games are out. I still haven't got through all the PS2 games I wanted to play waaaaay back. No rush.
just dug the old Nintendo 64 out of storage with Zelda - Ocarina of Time to play with our daughter (nearly 6); it's one of the few games of its ilk that is age appropriate...........and she love's it, quality daddy daughter time
