Have another project on the way. Not here yet, but here's a clue.

Think Konychev, Furlan, Baldato.

I can only ever remember Cipo riding steel from '89 > '93/4 and it was a Bianchi and Pinarello

Apologies Shaun, I didn't see your first post for some reason. Yes it's a Bianchi TSX frame, with non original straight chrome forks.
Mid '90s at a guess.
Frame no will help identify age when it arrives
