Yeti FRO '88 vs Wicked Fat Chance '91

Hey,

I have a chance to score a Yeti FRO 88 (see pic)

I have a 91 Wicked Fat Chance which I love...the ride is just amazing, on and off road.

Anyone know what the Yeti FRO is like? Are these two bikes completely different in ride quality/handling characteristics?

What would you do? I'd be looking just to swap parts over. I've included a photo of the wicked (it's got mostly Suntour XC Pro with a hint of Shimano XT)

I'm not going to lie, the sheer hugeness of the photos makes it hard to decide as I'm scrolling more than I'm looking.

Get the FRO change the parts, if you hate it change them back. Problem solved, you Might not like the yeti ride after being used to the fat one.

I have an 88ish FRO but no wicked, only a 87 kicker to compare. I like the fat ride Better it's more laid back :? Modern?
