What is your Holy Grail among Japanese frame builders or marques?

I had a Panasonic pr 6000 actual team bike in Tange Prestige as good as anything the Italians can muster . Also would have liked to have met Mister Hirose of cycle store Hirose . What a grand master of bicycle engineering he was .
