I recently took ownership of this rusty old beast.
I remember looking at these in my Moms catalogue and thinking they looked really cool.
It has been sitting in a barn for years as you can see- it's a bit scabby. I'm not sure what to do with it, the frame is chromed and covered in a blue vinyl coating (which is peeling off in places) a proper resto would probably cost too much. Maybe a light going over leaving it original?

Nice, original tyres too..
just give it a polish & if you don't like rusty chrome give it an oxalic acid bath they'll come up lovely

very very cool, just clean it up and fix problems. Altering it will ruin the coolness in my opinion ;)

Re:

Cool as. I remember the bigger kids riding Bombers when me and my mates had Choppers and Grifters. Wanted one ever since, but had somehow forgotten about it.....until now.

Regards

Marge

My mate had one of these in about 1992.. was chrome and in very good condition and blue tyres.

Bin it! Its just a crappy roadster with big bars. It makes the Activator look good!

Well, someone has to take the rose tinted off now and again...

:p

Bombers are great, rose tinted specs have nothing to do with it. As a kid you didn't care, you just wanted one. I really wanted one as I had a Dawes Kingpin Princess, I'm male......damn you cheapskate dad !
