you've got a 92 there, in daktari white (if I recall the colour correctly). looks original to me, except the tyres which were Panaracer Smokes. the pedals are possibly original, they we DX I think, looked like XT 735 pedals except no markings. The pedals also would have had plastic GT toe clips and nylon straps.

here's my own, sadly gone first MTB from 92 ENJOY!

Sweet! I owned a GT Talera and always wanted a GT avalanche. But that's greats all pretty much orginal components. Fine looking too. Really like it!!!

Gmac123....you are wrong. It is a 92 but the color is Dry Ice. Daktari White is the zebra striped color from the 91 model year.

Congratulations to one of the nicest GTs you can get and as a bonus in such a great condition! Especially the original saddle and grips are getting hard to find.
