Ways to fix chainline (GT Team Avalanche)

How much clearance is there between the chain ring and chainstay? You might improve the line but probably won't get it half way up the block. The Shimano blurb says it's good for 135 rear end and 68 and 72 BB's too.

I assume you need the chainring to sit closer to the seattube and that it’s a 1x set up. The BB spacers are maxxed out having been moved to the non-driveside cup.

You might be able to add some spacers between the chainring and crank.

I suggest riding first to see what gear you will spend the most time in and how it chatters on the chainring. It may be closely lined up with the most frequently used cog.

My 1x11 setup is with a square taper but I didn't bother going for a shorter spindle to drive in the chainring and as such it is further out than the center of the cassette, but I've had zero actual shifting issues even on the low 52t so I agree with folks saying just ride it and if there's no shifting issues or slipping issues then happy days

I tried a similar setup on my g/f's '91, could for the life of me not get it to work.
Went back to square taper and everything was fine.
