Any ideas?? Warwick of Birmingham Pre-War

Any lead is a good lead at this point.

Chrome on the forks but don't think it's chrome on the frame as there is no chipping/flaking.

Looked at Elswicks just now and the Brighton Road looks good but no cyclo hanger and the top of the seat stays aren't a match.

Even took this one to Hillary Stone who said he had never seen a frame number placed there. He did say he suspected a larger builder though

They're really nice. Would certainly snap them up but they can be difficult to identify from the side like most ebay pics.
