WTD: Campagnolo 2x8 Ergo Levers - SORTED

I'm rebuilding my son's road bike after his Pinarello snapped on him, and we've got to our last stumbling block - the fecking ergo levers....

At the moment, we can't remove either of the gear cables from the existing levers. The cable nipples are too big, and with a mixture of this and some light corrosion, they are proving to be virtually impossible to remove. They certainly won't just push out, even with as much force as can be applied with some pliers to try and force them out...

Therefore, I think I need to try and source some temporary replacement Campag Ergo levers - 2x8 speed please.

Cheap as chips please - pretty please!

I've some Chorus Ergo levers. No idea what they would be worth as they are still in very good condition.
