Mountain Cycle San Andreas, which I’d swapped with a mate for a tatty FSR, then for some mental reason I agreed to swap back.... :shock:

Not sold but wish I’d taken better care of it...
Kona Explosif 1994, my first really nice bike, made the mistake getting it resprayed in a garish cherry and yellow combo, then had it nicked in London

Sunn tox.... It still hurts.
Bought it off eBay about 5-6 yrs ago. Still had all the original Rudd stuff on it.
The frame was pitted all over with tiny rust blemishes which I picked off with thumb nail then autosold it to death!
It came out mint and a friend reissued all the decals for me!!!

After I while I thought I would try to sell it on eBay thinking I could double or treble what it cost me. Like an idiot I forgot to put a reserve on it and it sold to an old bloke for £86 :facepalm: :facepalm:

These are both a long time ago but early 90's I sold a handbuilt Geoff Roberts frameset. One of the nicest riding steel frames I've ever been on.

Also my old 96 Zaskar LE. Absolutely bombproof and was fantastic no matter whether you were riding XC, downhill, jumps or just out for a weekend spin.

I had a crossover mk1 Raleigh chopper in lovely original condition I bought in 2002ish..... Wish I still had that.
