lol, too many questions for me. Only got mine to tart up the Explosif. Bought the shortest they had as they were replacing P2s. This is my commuter and although I have a stealth plan to take the thing back off-road (Shhh, don't tell Mrs SB), it has only seen tarmac so far. Pic in my gallery shows the geometry (if you acknowledge the back wheel is up in the air!) and the decals which I don't like personally.

Sorry for all the questions mate

I might go for the 445mm variation (I think - decisions, decisions  ), although the 465's would give me the same geometry as running the suspension forks sagged 25mm into their travel........

Coincidentally, I want them to go on the very same frame - Columbus Max Explosif.

Nah, I got a proper Tange Ultimate one

Oops! - should have looked a bit more closely

Just like I should have done at the Superstars website - they have the weight for the forks on there.....

Just one question - are the decals on the forks easily removable ? (ie not laquered over). I couldn't be doing with having "Superstar" all over my forks. I'm not saying that I'm not one , of course.....

 Nope, the lovely decal is under about 30 layers of laquer and is there for life...

I bought the first pair in the country before they had any pics and was a bit surprised/disappointed in the decals, but hey, they go OK with the yellow on the bars (Always look on the bright side of life, de dum...).

But they are sooooo much cheaper than the other companies selling the same fork - Nuke Proof springs to mind as one.

They wern't that helpfull to me with my BB to be honest, yet i have some brake pads from them that have been fine. I'm undecided, don't think i would buy anything expensive from them just in case though.

Well spotted that man!.
I couldn't believe they are in England, places like this are usually it the states or some other far flung place, not 200 miles down the road
And I'm having a pair of those forks ,for £95,hell you can pay that for used, let alone brand new
Bookmarked for later, further and deeper investigation

thats not what I meant. I have heard mixed reviews both of their customer service and of their products.[/quote]

funny ,i've heard the same thing about Chris king products
