This is a really nice new jersey - retro looking, new for 2010.
I bought it a month or so ago and rode in it once, only to find I obviously wasn't paying too much attention when trying it on!
It's too short for me at the front!
Size medium - I am 6ft 2in and have a long torso for my height
it rides up on me and my belly sticks out :(
has obviously have been thru wash once....

Hi, interested in the Gore cables (both sets) depending on the nipples...

Does anyone know if the inner cables are special or just ordinary stainless ones (so I could use them on my mtb brakes with different inners without losing any performance)?

Fingers crossed, although I have a feeling they'll be coated...

Cheers,
Pete

The inner cables are coated; that's where the 'Gore' bit comes from, as in gore-tex which is a PTFE coating on the cable. This slips into a liner and then through the outer which attaches to the cable stops as usual.

So you could run ordinary cables but you wouldn't gain the 'slick' performance that the gore cabling gives you.

Ah, that all sounds familiar now, I did have a set years back but couldn't remember if it was just a sleeve over a plain cable. Didn't really think it was but worth an ask!

Along those lines, I don't suppose the brake inners are double ended (road nipple one end, fat mtb barrel the other)...? I'll assume not and set aside - sure they'll prove popular!

Thanks for the reminder! 8)

Hi, sorry for slack replies!
Been working my little titties off today then went for a ride :D

PM will be on way to Major22 imminently.

Sorry elPedro666, the inners don't have a MTB bit at one end. They are double ended, Campag one side, Shimanus/Sram the other.
