Size 42. Very good condition. Needs one new stud for the heel (same as a football boot stud) Good for getting you down muddy descents (such as Skiddaw), when carrying your bike with a busted front wheel and a three piece collarbone ...  £15 posted

46T black Ritchey ring :

and a close up of the teeth :

The pink arrows highlight mod number one which was (using a Shimano ring as a template) to mod the teeth profile to improving shifting – the teeth are cut down in the same positions and same profile as the super glide rings.

Mod number two was the drilling out of the outer to save weight (  ), I have now neatened the countersinks up, I was only 17 when I did this and didn’t have a countersink bit.

Mod number three was to remove the chain catch pin. As it’s a Ritchey ring the pin was 180° out as the Ritchey crank arms have the hidden 5th bolt.

Hate to have to correct you on the Shimano shoes, but they were the second generation shoes which came out in 1992.
The original disco slippers were light grey and suede-ish.
I only know this because I still have, and occasionally still wear a pair like the ones you are selling, that I bought back when I first converted to SPDs in 93.

Great shoes.
Mine have lasted for 16 years and thousands of miles.

Unfortunately yours are too small despite the unusual size range.

Good luck with the sale and free bumpage etc...

Technically they are the first generation Racing Specific shoe, if that make sense

The M100 still continued but this was put in a spot higher (than the the grey swady one was M100) and they also introduced a few more in the range in 1992.

Though what really confuses me is the M200 must have come in more colours than I remember and possibly styles, it was replaced by the M210 with grippier knobbles and studs in the toes.

EDIT
probably a load of bollocks, getting confused with colours  M110 then ?

A bit of a thread clean up and a bump :D

I also have a white Giro helmet to sell, good condition with bag. I think its a mid to late 90's model but cant be sure untill I have done a bit of research.

When I have some idea on model / cost etc I will post up some pics.

Cheers,

WD :D
