Pace(?) spring retainer washer for cantis - see picture

I'm sure this washer thingy that sits behind the canti stud has a proper name, but i don't know what! It has the hole for the tension spring for shimano etc canti's. It's for a Pace, although i'm not sure it's a Pace specific part. Anyhoo, pictures tell 1000 words, i need 2 please

Take a trip to a good hardware store.

Get some big fat washers, drill a hole in them and then file some flats.

Looks like you have one of the beasties, so you've got a template.
