All you Klein owners probably know how expensive that internal cable housing is, I've seen sets on eBay for £10 and more. What you may not know is that it is a very standard product and can be bought via eBay from a first class seller:

So that is 30 metres of housing, or 10 bikes worth, for £6! All you need do is flare one end using a match, hairdryer or heat gun. This stuff is exactly the same as the original Klein stuff; same material, same diameter, same thickness.
