Cable guide for Peugeot teamline grisley

Need some help to source a cable guide for my Peugeot teamline grisley frame.

They are a little different to others I'm familiar with. Luckily I know somebody who has similar frame and they kindly provided the photo

Any suggestions on where to look etc is appreciated, eBay yielded no joy.

Looking through old forums I can only find talk of simplex cable guides but they are not under the BB guides. And for racers.

Luckily I have a rb member in France on the hunt for me, very kind too.

Hoping the knowledgeable masses can offer some help

I was thinking that to. Are there bike firms that do this or general 3d printers?

I may well have one for you from an old frame, maybe for sale or maybe you can borrow it to 3D model one. what frame have you got? im looking from a Peugeot teamline myself.
