Get more power then 10 cars combined actually need. step four just throw it in the car with electrical tape and random cabling. and vuela!!! I love it when the ICE costs more than the car its in.

Honestly. I do.

ICE? You mean my kick ass stereo. This is a portable speaker system. I just drive it to the trail. open all the windows and blare. Its just like a live show. only its where you want it when you want it. 8)

Yeah.

I once bought a car for £500 and stuck £750 worth of stereo/amps/speakers in it.

Ive been know to do that. I have focal speakers new in the box. and some other high end pieces. stuffs almost hitting 3K

I have this theory... Monster cables - in reality, just mediocre cables, no more, no less - dressed up and advertised as something better. Not good enough to draw in the true audiophile, but good enough to convince the average store goer that it's worth oodles more money than other half-decent cables that could be had for a fraction of the price.

Normally, I'm in the "never ascribe to malice..." camp, yet I can't help think there was an aging stoner with a transient moment of inspiration and genius, and a wry smile, that came up with the concept.
