I read somewhere that humanity is currently going through a bit of a bottle neck. If we survive its going to be a whole lot nicer on the other side.

Still doesnt mean I get laid though. Dammit.

 I'm assuming you are married with kids then LGF.

Ahem, yeah K rod started this tangent, then I did a bit or research and I'd did get rather depressing with the predictions but thankfully at the bottom...there IS some hope  Alas prolly not in our lifetime but adapt and overcome is humanities mantra maybe.

Like clockwork...all men are barstewards anyway...only good for putting the bins out on a Sunday eve ;)

Monday eve, the bins are emptied on Tuesdays, you can't even get THAT right, can you......

Why on earth should men put the bins out? It is the wasteful wife who fills them, with all my things I may need some day and was wisely keeping hold of. Bloody women! Can't live with them!

Re:

Yeah...wasteful wife is right...they half finish everything, won't eat food that's been in the fridge with 2 days of sell by date to go, throw out your secret stash of cardboard boxes you will NEED when you sell stuff. Every night is THEIR night to watch some man nerve shredding emotional TV shiite.

That is so true/funny.

Spent last night fishing around in the wheelie bin for my (cable)donuts.
I got in, opened the envelope, all good, left them on the table went upstairs, came down. Gone. Along with all the perfectly recyclable jiffy bags from other bits and bobs that arrive on a regular basis.

"You left them on the table"

Re:

...and all the reusable shipping packaging comes in handy for kids school projects....but nooooo...wifee would rather chuck it out on the sly.....then remind me after dinner one day....er kid needs to build a rocket for school tomorrow  ...have you got anything ? Er, I should have some spare cardboard tubes...methinks....for the 5 handlebars I bought last month  ...... damn...blast...they are gone !, as were the Merlin decals I forgot to extract   Cue a mad drive around to some supermarket where I have to dress up like a refugee on CCTV to drag the bins outback

Clean 1/2 L of mayonnaise and seagull crap of it...then proceed to turn it into an award winning Saturn 5 Rocket from the Apollo 9 mission

No one chucks my stuff out except me, and i have pots of cash to spend on bikes.... although i've become pretty ascetic in recent years (well, as ascetic as owning a Merlin XLM can be....)
