1990 Monty T-219 trials bike

Not sure what section this belongs, mtbs or bmx....

Today I adopted a old Monty that needs a lot of work. Trying to figure out how to best approach it. First big issue is the stem is missing the two top plates and hardware. Going to be hard to source that. Cranks, wheels, and more bits are needed.
