Vit T2? Looks like an Orange in a star?

It's not an Orange, no canti bridge on the seat-stay. However, it does look very similar with the wishbone stay and plain dropouts. I wonder if it's from the same far-east builder that Orange used? Maybe after the Orange contract ran out, they updated the design for v-brakes and sold it to someone else. I don't recognise the head-tube badge though.
