Had a closer look at my Saba this evening
It has Campagnolo Rear droputs/Fork ends and Cable guides on top of bottom bracket shell
What I also noticed was the underside of BB shell has 2 short cut-out slots alongside each other with machined strip underneath with Saba engraved.
The ones I see on this post has a letter "S" I assume for Saba

Also noticeable is the Portacatena mounting holes on the Rh rear dropout

Another point is the remainder of the enamel finish ( Gold colour ) similar to the Raleigh Gran-Sport finish!!!
