Frame splitting around seat post!

I take it the drill bit is sharp ? Many people fail on this because they forget drill bits wear out pretty fast and do need resharpening.The bits that have been kicking about the house/shed for years might need replaced :?

Also ,and ive done this myself Had the drill in reverse.
