I think if i was going to use it i'd have to use it on all the cables :?

Finally sourced some appropriate(i think) shifters
I've changed the post to a USE item, not sure if it staying as i imagine its far to late for this bike?(Love the red though :? )
And robbed my 1987 San marco Rolls from my KHS, which is definately staying
Rainbow brake outers are on the way might stick with black though :roll:

Makes me feel good to see it turning out so well and hugely different from what I would have done

I agree the USE post is out of step... The polished original looked bang on

And well done for getting the rainbow outers, black would be sensible, they usually look best in cotrst colour... But you never those rainbow outers could look ace

Also good to see the back of the horrible Exage control set, such a shame, cos the rest of the group is really nice! What are those shifters you've used? They look very early

Will this be coming with you to the Bristol ride??? I really hope so!

That Bankrupt bikes guy has some nice bits and bobs, but a hell of a lot of old tat
