Thats a no brainer for me, its gotta be a Barry White, the white frames are bog standard, the white glitter with gold look too similar to the standard but the black ones look a little bit more special :D

If its anything like any other European safety testing legistaltion it will relate to all components. If you take car mods as an example anything sold off the shelf should now carry a CE mark to be legal.

I am pretty sure they dont . that is why a lot of small frame builders dont offer full build as it is too expensive to put them through the tests .
