I’m after a decent bike lock for my e-bike , the chances of it getting pinched if I even pop into a shop are high because of it being electric. Does anyone have any recommendations for one .
The Kryptonite New York Fahgettaboudit Mini has a 18mm hardened MAX-Performance steel shackle, disc-style cylinder and double deadbolt locking mechanism. This lock offers ultimate bike security in high theft areas.
I've always used Kryptonite, along with their additional cables (even if not needed due to non QR wheels as they are a good deterrent). Heavy but effective.
I got one of these after a spate of angle grinder-assisted thefts locally. It's supposed to be the world's first grinder-resistant lock. Made out of some graphene composite. It's heavy - I leave it where I park regularly - but just about portable - especially on an e-bike. £250 though....
