Bike Insurance Cover

Yes always check what your policy is for, especially once you have it, you tend to get more detail then. But can easily cancel.

Sure it was @elPedro666 that was talking about specialist bike insurance before.

Also it is the biggest pain in the arse listing every damn bike on the insurance....😂
Take pictures of your bikes and the serial number and details and parts if you built it yourself.

It make life easier in a claim (and the police, its how I eventually mine back)
Also keep messages relating to your purchases - be they eBay, regular bikes shops (web purchases are actually better for this) or PMs from the website (here, Pinkbike, wherever). It really helps to justify why spending the best part of £120 on a pair of nearly 20yr old M900 XTR mechs is actually quite reasonable.

Cheers @FluffyChicken I was probably bandying around my discount code 😂👍 I went with Laka because you tell them the value of the bikes (the cost of the policy is based on that) and it's easy to swap & change what's on the policy. Plus they seem to actually pay out and look after people...

If you're out & about they require you to use a Gold Secure lock.

More (predictable) bandying 😉
