A very sad neglected dynatech

Picked up this very sad looking dynatech encounter today, it's in a very poor state, might struggle to get her looking good.more than likely she will need a full paint job. So first question what are the ral codes for the silver and blue please?

I'd be reluctant to spend too much refinishing the frame. Looking at the corrosion around the lugs it wouldn't surprise me if it came unstuck. The joins have been known to come apart.

I presume only the head tube. Is alloy if that's the case. I will completely dis assemble it and braze a new lugged head tube on. It's a easy process if need be.

IIRC, the guy had the frame stripped and then powder coated. It's perhaps not surprising the epoxy joints failed.

Always loved the colour schemes of the dynatechs.
