Cables shortened
Shimano Brake levers
Syncros flat bar I had lying around to replace riser
Tioga Physco Tyre to replace one IRC which I destroyed on a ride with Daj
May search for a Fat City bar to complete though :?

I liked it before but have to admit the flat bars give it a better look

Do the levers give you some braking now?

Not sure yet, havnt used it in anger, they can't be any worse though!

Who needs gears ! you have to admit having seen it ride, its perfect for single track, oooh not to mention red runs

Update :

Just a little de-bling, changing out the Black Ringle Skewers for some standard Shimano ones, still looking for a Shimano Seat Quick release to match these :

Another small update:

Due to a failure with the chain tensioner, I have replaced it with a 4 jeri ( pictured at the front) As you can see it is a much heavy construction and the spring (which failed on my last one ) is huge.
I'm hoping this will do the job.First impression it's also much nicer looking and more solid in construction .

Time will tell
