remember my post about breaking a spoke on a Crank Brothers Cobalt wheel? No, well nevermind but the upshot is the spokes are very difficult to get hold of - I managed to get 1 from Winstanleys but only one as their supplier would only send 1 as a warranty issue - no idea why that is but there you go and it cost me £ 3.99.
I sent a mail to Crank Brothers to ask where in UK I can get hold of spokes and they kindly sent me 4 spokes from USA totally and utterly free!!!?!?!? Now that is top service.
