WTD: Frame to build a Flat Bar Hybrid

As per title I am looking for a frame to build a Flat Bar Hybrid with 700c wheels. Main uses will be for some road rides/commuting and a little of the rougher stuff but nothing major.

This is for the other half so a Small frame is required. She is 5' 3".

Flexible on type of frame as well. If it comes with some rigid forks thats ideal. MUST be disc compatible!!

Tiny frame and large wheel diameter... watch out for toes catching front wheel!

Yeah I have considered that. However a 700c wheel with small tyre is not hugely larger a 26" with thr 2.4" she has on her Full Susser.

But will make sure to take that into account!!

true but I imagine the MTB will have quite a bit slacker head angle

That is very true. I will have to pay attention to head angles....

I did see the Kona Dew which is quite slack.
