What hobbies from childhood have we kept, other than bikes?

Before getting bitten by the retrobike bug I was seriously in to retro Tamiya RC. Had loads around 2005 including 3x Avante and 5x Egress! Not got a lot left now though and what I have will be going soon.

Music, if that counts.

Hardcore rave, drum and base and a bit of techno.

music counts. but that doesnt count as music.

you really dont help yourself do you young man

Dr S I may have some literature for yourself, mainly 1960 geneva motor show stuff, will take some digging out but it deserves a better home.

& tell your sister I generally ate my scabs when I was little so she isn't all that weird.

I am into but don't have time for model railways and tamiya RC cars and astronomy, all child hood favourites that I could afford to really indulge in until I joined retro bike. I also have several kites and a buggy, and a canoe. No idea why my wife doesn't want me to buy another bike!

me too , play regularly with the kids and my wife says I enjoy it more than they do .

a job building models at legoland or a lego shop would be a dream job but the pay is crap .

Add to my childish indulgences laughing at immature things.

3 days ago on the ship the Captain said from out of no-where "funny how no-one uses the word spastic any more..."

I know it's child-ish and I'll probably offend someone (for this I apologise) but I smirked to my self for about half an hour over that one!

Used to collect comics and still read graphic novels now and then.
