Nice. I'd go with silver seat pin and stem personally. Have you thought about white or light grey bar tape? I think that would go nice. Black would be ok as well - particularly if it was microfiber with white underneath.

I have some light grey tape but it would just annoy me when it got grubby. (which would be quickly)

Waiting for a post, tyres arrived and are slicks and very blue.

If the Roberts were mine, I'd get the headtube cut down. But only due to my riding position. I've never seen a road frame with a headtube higher than the seat tube.
Get some white Cinelli cork tape on it. When it gets dirty, Cif and a scrubbing brush or sponge to clean again. I really have had no issues with it at all.
Unless you go riding consistently with hands covered in bitumen I don't see the problem
