Seem to have an excellent reputation for excellent customer service.

<Cough>

Obvously I meant:

Seem to have an excellent reputation for customer service :oops: :lol:

Cool stuff though :D

Thats not what I meant. I have heard mixed reviews both of their customer service and of their products.

Which length did you get ? I've been thinking of getting a pair but I'm undecided which to go for. I've even been considering getting the 465mm 29er pair, as the suspension forks I have on my Explosif have an axle/crown dimension of about 485mm and, although this is in theory a lot longer than the frame was designed for, I rather like the way it handles with the slacker head angle.

Have you any idea of a ballpark weight for the carbon forks and do they come with any limitations regarding rider weight (not a problem for me, at 68kgs, I hope !) and riding applications? I want something that will stand a little bit more abuse than typical XC racing conditions - XC but with a few drops and rock steps etc.

lol, too many questions for me. Only got mine to tart up the Explosif. Bought the shortest they had as they were replacing P2s. This is my commuter and although I have a stealth plan to take the thing back off-road (Shhh, don't tell Mrs SB), it has only seen tarmac so far. Pic in my gallery shows the geometry (if you acknowledge the back wheel is up in the air!) and the decals which I don't like personally.

Superstar have had a few teething problems with early batches of disc brake pads, but I believe the issue is now sorted, also heard of one complaint on their cranks, but they were fitted by a ham fisted monkey with a rock & a file @ a race event :roll:

Customer service is very good and the prices are superb, well worth trying out, although not if you're in a rush, sometimes their parts need a little fettling to fit (disc pads can't remember for which brakes though)
