Tyres & Grips Options?

Hi,

I have a couple of bikes that will been tyres & grips, and I'm looking for ideas about what is broadly in keeping with the period and available. Im probably inclined to go with new in both regards rather than nursing fragile rubber.

The bikes are:

1988 Overburys Pioneer with XT & roller-cam.

1990 Martrac with Campac Euclid.

The Smoke resissues would be a good choice for the Martrac I would think. A bit harder to find something new to suit the Pioneer.

I like the WTB Original Trail Grips, and Ritchey do the foam Truegrips, which look the part.
