Today's Ride

Lots have people have been busy out and about since I last checked in. I think I'm getting back in the habit. I've found I'm more motivated if my ride has a purpose. Today I took out the RSP for the first time in far too long. I'd forgotten how much I liked it...although my lower back did protest a bit at the head down riding position. Did a smidge under 20 miles with a heavy rucksack and what might be a rotator cuff problem- I'm currently on some quite strong anti inflammatory meds for excruciating pain in my right shoulder and arm, that require a stomach tablet beforehand. At the moment even getting dressed is agony, and that's with the meds!

Anyway - the ride was great. Screenshot_20250824_222648_Gallery.webp Screenshot_20250824_222523_Gallery.webp

Quick spin to test my Mongoose in a nice fast single track type wood called Abbotts wood in Eastbourne. No issues other than realising I hadn’t put the grips on fully and had droopy ends (oddly really distracting) and a lowly inflated front tyre is dangerous!

Love The King’s Head @wynne what an incredible looking street.. is the grey building next door someone’s house?
I bet all their furniture slides to one side of the property.

Well dressed feet! Lovely pics too

Thanks Matti.. the tennis court has done them no good

Unless this is down to poor workmanship, Y’know.. Friday afternoon, Tyler The Creator still stitching the uppers to the insole, rushing to make up his daily quota so he doesn’t get a bollocking from Van Doren.
