Clueless seller.
Stolen kit most likely.
The clue is in their avatar. They're wearing a gas mask, i.e., they do graffiti tagging etc.
I mean what kind of knobhead doesn't even use the keyword "titanium" or "xizang" in their listing?
Has also taken a photo of the wrong side of the bike, has even called it a "Push Bike" of all things, thereby proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that they're not even a cyclist.
Seems to think we care more about one torn grip which is not worth sod all anyway.

I agree, something not quite right here. Too nice a bike for that price and seller doesn't have a clue, yet somehow just happens to know the 'inner tubes' are not original.

Anyone would feel the lightweight and realise its something special so fair play for pointing something fishy out but eitherway could of been pinched 20 years ago no chance of finding owners now

Maybe what that's about is that this kid has possibly never seen schraeder valves on a bicycle before, thinks it's somehow "unoriginal".
That's my theory anyway.

I had a look at the ad and while I can be a cynic my take was it’s someone selling it probably after an inheritance or estate clear out. That would explain some knowledge of the inner tubes but not knowing what the bike is. Looking at sold items and feedback it doesn’t strike me as a crim. I wonder how many helpful emails he got from salty folk who missed the bargain!

I've got to say that has racked up the price, mine is in better spec and condition gives me thoughts of getting shot of it as hasn't seen daylight in about 4 years now :/
