Santacruz Blur 4x

We had a good day Saturday, they had 7 vans on and we only queued once right at the start of the day. The other guys I was with did Antur on the Friday, but they said it was too far out of their skill range... BPW has something for everyone, and we were probably lucky with the weather and uplifts being very well run. Some great trails, really like 50 shades of black and the A470 line is a laugh. I know a few people who have done it without booking the uplift, I'm not sure I'd bother doing that!

Some bits of the double black on Antur are just mental...I don't mind admitting that were a couple of bits that I had to walk (tight left to drop next to a wall / slab of rock....the lading was so steep / rocky that concrete had been poured on it for texture and grip in the wet). The black actaully feels smoother than the blue and red runs which seem to batter the hell out of you.

I think there are a few more runs open now compared to when we last went.

I'm not sure that I'd bother doing it without an uplift either...seems like a blood big hill to me.
