Original Uknown in brushed aluminium, (original GT 27.0 seat tube I.D). Recently fitted new matching Easton EA bars & stem, new rear cassette, saddle and cables plus serviced).

SPD's included hell I'll even throw in the pump & mount

Only used it once this year for the Viking Challenge and that's been it really.

A few minor scratches which could be easily polished out as it's burnished and no dents, creases etc.

I'm 6' and a bit and fitting the forks and seat post makes it fine for me, in fact I like my stroke length quite high so could fit someone taller if required.

£165??? Midlands. I can meet in Tamworth (Junction 10 M42) or Junction 27 of the M1 (North Notts).

I don't think that's a Zaskar... Apologies if I'm wrong, if you can post the frame's serial number it will confirm whether it is.

I agree with Paul, doubt it's a Zaskar, should have a flat cap on the rear of the top tube, still a nice bike though

Look's like a 16" frame.

Most definately a Zaskar, I've owned it for years and can trace it's history. I'll get the serial number. The Zaskar frames were the only frames to have 26.8 O.D seat tubing, the chinese imported frames used 26.8 or I think 27.0 (could possibly be the other way arround).

27 I.D. seat tube was the backwoods (mebee others) with a 73mm b/b

thats also a 7005 frame
zaskars of that age were 6061

Sorry my post should have said, "the Zaskar and LE had 27.0 seat tubes, all others based on year of production had 26.8, 27.2 or other sized tubing.

Its a 16" frame.

18" will be the c-t measurement.

And it isnt a Zaskar. It will be a Tempest, Backwoods or similar. A simple was of telling its not a Zaskar is it has a curved rear top tube end.
