REplacement SPD shoe inner plates - 4 hole kind

Hi folks,
I have some old Pearl Izumi vortex shoes that use 4 holed SPD inner plates...I;ve went and over tightened one plate (twice !) and need a replacement. Been searching the web and can't find these anywhere, all I see are the shimano triple hole type....anyone able to point me in the right direction please ?
I called Madison who now own Pearl Izumi and they were no good...

Edit: Now found, actually I have the ones with 2 seperate plates each with 2 threaded holes. Stainless steel surround keeps them in place in the sole of the shoe. These are great as you can adjust the distance between the holes perfectly.
