I'm a fitter in the shop i work in, and i find that most women who have saddle issues usually have them resolved by the specialized jett saddle. It comes in 3 widths, so you can go to a specialized dealer (talk to someone who is knowledge able) Dr. Pruitt developed a "ass ometer". Its memory foam and you just sit on it and your sit bones make an imprint and you can measure the space in between them. then you see what saddle width will support her best. The issue w/ women and seats is all about taking the weight off of there crotch and finding a saddle that supports them by there sit bones. So good luck.
