Hi smallrider
Just came across this and really sorry to hear about the theft
I really hope you get it back.
Judging by the frame number and the wording on the bottom bracket it sounds like it was one of the frames built for Maria lawrence, who was British Road Champion in 1996 and 1997, she also rode in one or two Commonwealth games, track and road I think.
Probably doesn't help much now but that frame is going to be easily identifiable if you do track it down.

Just thought I'd better point out that it was me who listed it on ebay. I have withdrawn it from sale and contacted smallrider about it. I bought it from a shop in Blackpool so hopefully this will get sorted without me being out of pocket!

Ian.
