It's definitely a Campag chorus bottom bracket and chorus arm. I put a spring washer on so this would hopefully prevent the bolt bottoming out. I am going out on the bike in about half an hour and will take an Allen key and keep an eye on it.
As I said in a previous post it was good for a while with no issues and it might have been vibrations. The zonda wheels are stiff and 100psi in the tyres makes for a hard ride on some of the roads here in South Lanarkshire
