Modern Q- Hope Team Green

Got this hope headset on ebay,good price and all that
Sold as team green special edition.
But i thought hopes green was more of a lighter slightly metallic ,similar in fact to slime green.This seems more of a forest green[call for robin hood to identify]
Is this just an early green Hope H/S

looks to me like 2004 but 2 different months, the date stamp is on the cups, looks like one says 02 04 and the other says 09? 04

Says 03-04on both cups
Could then mean 2003-2004 season :?
