Kona Lava Dome back on ebay. Now including postage and with a lower start price (£50 instead of £220)! Must have took my advice but makes me wonder if he or a mate put the £220 bid on first time round.

Anthony, would a 19inch be too big for me, I'm 5'8'' and usually ride a 17 - 17.5inch modern bike?

Trevor.

The top tube measures 575mm c-c and the head tube is 130mm. I wonder how 575mm compares to your Cotic?

It's easy to say it would be too big, but a 1994 size 19 was designed to be run with a 125mm stem. You might be reducing the length of the bike by say 5% if you were to run the length of stem you have on the Cotic. 5% off the height of 6-0 that the bike was intended for is 5-8.5, so you wouldn't be far off.

The standover height might be the worst aspect, but they make them tough up there, don't they?
