Jamis diablo frame,size is 17.5",made from tange double butted tubing,paintwork is a bit tatty and would probably need respraying( of which i can powdercoat myself as thats what i do for a living.!) asking 20gbp or 30gbp repainted in any colour depending whats available. Yes it has rack mounts

front mech would be a bottom pull type

Nice frame and price, but be careful making statements like this on here, some idiot will bring it to everyone's attention and then you'll get no end of PM's asking you to do their frames for them.

(so how much to pc a frame then?)
