I would think so, certainly worth the time and effort in my honest opinion.

And it is really nice to be able to have something different to previous builds too.. 8)

Are you just using a standard true temper bar? Have you decided on a finish?

True Temper is the way to go, luckily I had one.

Given the Candy colours of the frame, I decided on simple black with an integral cable noodle. And as it is a bike for the wife, a 12" rise.

Highly recommended.
