Brought a Harry Quinn bike ?

Hiya newbie here

I have been on the look out for a racing frame so my other half can build himself a fixie. Finally found one brought it home and realised it looks a bit old! I've googled it but can't work out the year. Has a serial number caked with dirt but starts with M 4 J. Now I haven't got the heart to strip it! As he'll spray it! Anyone have any info?

Hi. Pictures would help a lot.. Harry Quinn frames started with a Q made from a letter O and an l. That number could be a stamped postcode?

Host the photos somewhere like flikr or photobucket and then use the Img button just above the text box to post a direct link.

It's a bit of a PIA, but it is the most reliable way I have found.
