For the last couple of years we have had a black Friday sale day on here.
However, as last years wasn't the best...and as the economics of the country have further gone down the u-bend, taking the bike / spares market with it, im suggesting something different for your consideration.
Rather than a knock down price sale, how about a kinda " list 20 things you want gone"* sale?
The idea being to kick start that clear out, improve the flow of parts onto the dwindling market and help the retro cause.
Doesn't have to be retro gold, but how about some good solid, useful, retro parts.
So a bit of deore, a mattering of lx, some old hope a bit of suntour comp, some cassettes, bars, saddles, those old chainrings hanging on the wall, that frame your never going to build....you name it.
Why...well, for one, get some "shed pennies" for the next project AND possibly sort yourself with the kit to do it at a reasonable cost. It cuts both ways!
I know many of you are already listing up some great kit, but if a few more of us dig into those heaps.....
