Not desperate to sell this but realistically I have too many guitars for my limited abilities! This is a Fender CD-140SCE All-mahogany model. Full specs and better photos here and here. Solid mahogany top. You can also plug it in, although I've never tried since I don't have an amp and only play at home.
It's in really great condition, no significant marks. It's not had much use at all as I've been playing classical guitar mostly over the last few years. I did some modifications to it when I got - I changed the bridge pins to bronze ones, fitted a bone saddle while lowering the action, and fitted some vintage effect tuners which I thought were more fitting for the style of the guitar. To be honest the tuners are not quite as smooth as the original silver Fender ones, but I still have them so I can either reinstall them or I'll supply the originals in case you want to at a later date. I have the original saddle and plastic bridge pins too. It currently has Martin Extra-light strings which ideally could do with replacing but. If you want I can order some new strings at cost and fit them.
The guitar has a slim neck and with the lowered action and extra light strings it's incredibly playable, probably more so than any other acoustic guitar I've had. It would be a very satisfying instrument to learn on.
I really don't want to post it so I'll price it low for collection at £80. I can include a good Yamaha semi-rigid case that fits it well for another £20. Near Winchester, Hampshire (postcode SO24).
