It is one of the best bikes I have ever ridden, truth be known. But the Zaskar, RTS and Pennine can never be sold.

TBH, I dont know the exact spec, but I would say STX / LX would be about right.....but given its year, V's not cantis.

The frame has arrived today, so pics will be up tomorrow.

Ive had a little search are although there seems to be scant info on the 5000 it seems that it may have had an alivio G/set with a bronze stx rear mech
Maybe a silent clutch rear hub too :?
Might be an Indy on front
i think the 5000 had an elastomer on the rear shock?
Or was it upgraded soon after release to an RS :?
